RELIABLE & EFFECTIVE LEGAL SOLUTIONS

A challenge-oriented Paris based independent law firm

RELIABLE & EFFECTIVE LEGAL SOLUTIONS

EQA Avocats is a law firm specializing in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, taxation, litigation, as well as banking and financial law.

Founded in 2022 by Maître Étienne Épron, an attorney registered with the Paris Bar, the firm draws on his extensive experience and the expertise of its team to provide both advisory and litigation services. Through this multidisciplinary approach, EQA Avocats supports its clients in structuring and securing their transactions while efficiently handling complex disputes.

The firm’s corporate culture is based on the experience of its founder within some of the most important international law firms. EQA Avocats embodies a commitment to the highest standards in the practice of law and distinguishes itself through its unrivaled understanding of the economic issues at stake for its clients. This deep insight into economic realities enables the firm to propose efficient and pragmatic solutions aligned with the expectations of the business community.

While the firm’s attorneys are literary persons, they distinguish themselves by their attraction to numbers. More specifically, they do master accounting issues and they always tend to model financial and tax consequences of the operations they are working on.

Parisian due to its location, EQA Avocats has a strong international orientation. All our members are speaking at least two foreign languages and they are used to work within integrated teams set with members of our foreign partner firms, favouring their capacity to monitor the implementation of cross-border operations and of multi-jurisdictional disputes.
